GOST 9356-75 GAS WELDING RUBBER HOSEAPPLICATION
Oxygen and acetylene delivery hose, for welding and technical applications in shipyards, construction sites and manufacturing industries.
CONSTRUCTION
Black synthetic rubber tube.
High tensile textile reinforcement.
Blue/RED special rubber cover – abrasion – heat and
weather resistant.
Smooth finish.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
-25°C +80°C
Actuation medium:
· I class - acetylene, propyl hydride, butane, city gas;
· II class - liquid fuel, benzine A - 72, white spirit, kerosene or their mix;
· III class- oxygen.
Producing pressure:
· I, II classes - 0,63 MPa (6.3 kgf/cm2);
· III class- 2,0 MPa (20 kgf/cm2).
Efficient at temperature from -35°C up to +70°C.
For a cool climate from -55°C up to +70°C.
Inside diameter from 6.3 mm up to 12 mm.
Length of hoses is agreed with the customer.
Superposition of a cotton skeleton by winding method.
Hoses meet all requirements of the international standard ISO3821-77.
