GOST 5398-76 Hose pressure-suction with a textile frame and a metal spiral, unreinforced. Suitable for suction and delivery of various liquids, fuels, petroleum-based oils and gases. Two groups of hoses are made, depending on the operating conditions:

Group 1 - Suction,

Group 2 - Pressure-suction.

Sleeves are divided into classes, depending on the purpose and working environment:

Б - Gasolines, diesel fuel, oils for petroleum. basis, B(A) - antistatic design;

В - Technical water;

Г - Gas, air;

КЩ - weak solutions of acids and alkalis (concentration up to 20%).

Symbol example: Sleeve B-2-25-10 HL GOST 5398-76, where

Б- hose class corresponding to the working environment (Gasoline);

2 - sleeve group (Pressure-suction);

25 - inner diameter (mm);

10 - working pressure in kgf/cm2 (10 kgf/cm2 = 1 MPa);

ХЛ - climatic design for areas with a cold climate.

Hoses meet ISO 1823-75 International Standard except stretch at hydraulic pressure and strength at ozone influence definitions.

Рукава ГОСТ 5398-76 напорно-всасывающие с текстильным каркасом и металлической спиралью, неармированные. Применяются для всасывания и нагнетания различных жидкостей, топлив, масел на нефтяной основе и газов. Изготавливаются две группы рукавов, в зависимости от условий эксплуатации:
1 группа — Всасывающие,
2 группа — Напорно-Всасывающие.
Рукава подразделяются на классы, в зависимости от назначения и рабочей среды:
Б — Бензины, дизельное топливо, масла на нефт. основе, Б(А) — антистатическое исполнение;
В — Вода техническая;
Г — Газ, воздух;
КЩ — слабые растворы кислот и щелочей (концентрация до 20%).
Пример условного обозначения: Рукав Б-2-25-10 ХЛ ГОСТ 5398-76, где
Б — класс рукава, соответствующий рабочей среде (Бензины);
2 — группа рукава (Напорно-Всасывающий);
25 — внутренний диаметр (мм);
10 — рабочее давление в кгс/см2 (10 кгс/см2 = 1 МПа);
ХЛ — климатическое исполнение для районов с холодным климатом.
