Q2: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A2: All the products will be 100% checked before the shipment.

Q3: When can I get the price?
A3:Usually we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

Q4: How could I get a sample?
A4: if you can not buy our product in your local area, we will ship a sample to you.You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs.Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.

Q5: What is the price of shipping?
A5: Depending upon the port of delivery, prices varies.

Q6.Do you have MOQ for your fittings?

A6.It based on your request.If normal fittings,we usually have stock.If customized fitting,we need a MOQ to depends on what fitting you need.

 

Q7.Are you able to design or produce new products for us?

A7.We are always willing to develop new products according to the clients’requirements,we are experienced , so when you have samples or drawing needing a factory to develop for you, we will try our best to help you.

 

Q8.Can I add logo on the products?
A8.Yes, please send us the details about your Logo.Q9.I cannot find the products I want on your site. Are you able to help me to locate it?
A9.We are not able to put every product we can do on this site. Telling us your requirement, we can send you the fitting and related products.
