Construction:

Tube: Oil resistant synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Two braid of high tensile steel wire.

Cover: Black, abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber, MSHA accepted.

Temperature: -40℃ to +100 ℃

EN857-2SC hydraulic hose is similar to EN857-1SC hydraulic hose in application. It is also used for petroleum-based hydraulic oil delivery at the temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have outstanding performance in delivering hydraulic oil. Reinforcement is made from two layers of high tensile steel wire braid, making hose bear higher working pressure than EN857-1SC hydraulic hose. And the high tensile reinforcement makes hose have solid structure and resistant to bend, kink and fatigue. Cover is made from high quality oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have long service life.

The details of EN857-2SC hydraulic hose:

Structure: it is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.

Tube: oil resistant synthetic rubber.

Reinforcement: two layers of high tensile steel wire braid.

Cover: oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber.

Temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C.

Hydraulic hoses are used for transferring fluids in high-pressure petroleum- and water-based hydraulic systems commonly found on industrial, mining, and manufacturing equipment. The hoses are reinforced to maximize their strength. Bulk hydraulic hoses can be cut to a desired length, and compatible hose fittings can be attached to the ends of the hoses to create custom hydraulic hose assemblies. Hydraulic hose assemblies come with fittings installed on both ends for connecting the hoses to compatible equipment.
