non conductive hydraulic hose

All Purpose non conductive hydraulic hose SAE100 R7 (Non-Conductive)

Tube: Thermoplastic
Reinforcement: One high tensile synthetic yarn braided.
Cover: High flexibility nylon or thermoplastic, MSHA accepted.
Temperature: -40℃ to +93 ℃

SAE100 R7 thermoplastic hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids in the working temperature of -40 °C to +93 °C. It is non-conductive due to its appropriate materials. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality oil resistant thermoplastic, making the hose widely used in delivering synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber and the cover is made from high quality thermoplastic, which is resistant to weather and hydraulic fluids.

Recommended for medium pressure hydraulic lines, lubrication, medium pressure gas, and solvent.
Construction and agricultural equipment, agricultural brake systems, forklift trucks, articulating and telescopic booms, aerial platforms, scissor lifts, cranes and general hydraulic use.

Internal non conductive hydraulic hose:

Polyester elastomer
Reinforcement: Two braids of synthetic fiber
External covering: Polyurethane, black, pinpricked, white ink-jet branding
Applicable specs: Exceeds SAE 100 R7
Recommended fluid: Hydraulic fluid ptroleum based, glicol-water based lubricant
Operating temperature range: From -40°C to +100°C continuous +70°C for water based fluids.

non conductive hydraulic hose

non conductive hydraulic hose definition:
Engineers and technicians specifying hoses for hydraulic circuits routinely consider factors like pressure ratings and flow capacity. But in some instances, electrical shock is a potential risk to equipment and operators, and that demands hydraulic hoses that ensure safety when machines operate near high-voltage sources like power lines.

non conductive hydraulic hose are excellent for use in power and telephone mobile equipment (cherry pickers), lubrication lines, blowout preventer control lines, hydraulic lifts, and farm and construction machinery. These non-conductive hoses provide the safety you need to work confidently and efficiently near high-voltage sources. Non-conductive hydraulic hoses are also used in steel mills, mines, shipyards, foundries, auto plants, and the aluminum reduction industry.

Users should never assume a hose is electrically nonconductive, especially if it is made of rubber. That’s because rubber compounds can vary widely in their electrical-conductivity characteristics and, therefore, can be electrically conductive, partially conductive or non-conductive. Further, some rubber hoses can be non-conductive at low voltages but conductive at high voltages. Add to that, they often have steel wires for reinforcement. And unless designed and manufactured for specific electrical characteristics, a hose’s electrical properties may change from one production run to the next.
