King combination nipple King combination nipple, KC Nipple, is a hose coupling for transition from a hose to pipe, equipment, valves or strainers. Default connection is NPT male thread. KC nipples are also available in grooved end, fixed flange or turnback flange. Sleeves are commonly used to crimp rubber hose or layflat hose on combination nipple for low pressure application. Ferrules and heavy duty KC nipple with interlock groove provide even better crimping. All fittings are available in plated steel, SS304, and SS316.
