Braided Hydraulic Hose Construction:
Inner Tube: High-strength synthetic rubber.
Hose Reinforcement: One or Two layer high strength steel wire braided.
Hose Cover: Abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber, MSHA accepted.
Temperature: -40℃ to +125 ℃

The braided hydraulic hose features a one or two-wire layer rubber hose construction, which includes layers of high-tensile steel wire braidedreinforcement. This design ensures exceptional strength and flexibility, making it ideal for hydraulic high pressure hoses and demanding hydraulic systems.

We used the best level rubber material which are all tested before production, the raw rubber material has a shore hardness of 85A, the strength of the steel wire can be 3250N.
